These surfactants possess anionic and amphoteric characteristics that allow for effective micelle formation, capturing and removing sebum and particulate impurities from the skin surface without causing significant disruption to the epidermal barrier. The pH of DALI Cleansing Milk is formulated to be approximately 5.5, which aligns with the physiological pH of human skin.
